Cancellation Fee

Our appointment reminders are sent 48hrs in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Less than 24hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of service booked. 

"We love sticking to our quoted prices! However, if your needs grow on the day and we provide a larger service than planned, the final price will be adjusted. Please note that if you decide to skip part of your booked service, the full rate still applies, as we’ve dedicated that specific time block just for you." Our colour prices are based on an amount of mixture depending on hair length. if more product is required a surcharge may apply.

Cancellation Process

1. Contact the salon directly DURING SALON BUSINESS HOURS & if unanswered leave a voice message stating that you would like to cancel along with your name. 
2. DIY using the ‘manage booking’ link in your sms confirmation text message.

Please Note: cancellations can be made 24/7 online or during salon business hours only. Any cancellations made outside of salon hours or via email, text or any other form of communication will not be considered valid, will be  marked as No Show and charged the 100% fee.

Cancellation Fee

To secure your appointment a credit card is required during the online booking process.

• If you fail to provide 24hrs notice of cancellation a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged
• If you do not show a fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged

Please Note: If for any reason the fee cannot be processed to your card the payment will need to be made before your next appointment.
