Cancellation Fee

Our appointment reminders are sent 48hrs in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Less than 12hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of service booked. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked.

We are committed to honouring our listed prices, however if the service you booked for is not what you have the price will be adjusted accordingly. Our colour prices are based on an amount of mixture depending on hair length. if more product is required a surcharge may apply.

Cancellation Process

1. Contact the salon directly DURING SALON BUSINESS HOURS & if unanswered leave a voice message stating that you would like to cancel along with your name. 
2. DIY using the ‘manage booking’ link in your sms confirmation text message.

Please Note: that cancellations made by phone outside of salon hours or via email or any other form of communication will not be considered valid, will be  marked as No Show and charged the 100% fee.

Cancellation Fee

To secure your appointment a credit card is required during the online booking process.

• If  you need to reschedule within the 24hrs a fee of 25% of the scheduled service will be charged  
• If you fail to provide 24hrs notice of cancellation a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged
• If you do not show a fee of 100% of the scheduled service will be charged

Please Note: If for any reason the fee cannot be processed to your card the payment will need to be made before your next appointment.
