The majority of our loved and loyal clientele are dependable but due to the detrimental impact of last minute cancellations and no show on our small business we have a cancellation policy in place.
When you make your booking you will receive an sms with the appointment details outlined. This is the time to check those details and make any changes if necessary. The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved for you therefore if you change your mind on the day you will be charged for the booked service.
We also send you a friendly reminder sms & email (if your email address is listed) 24hours before your appointment.
Straightening Deposits
Please note all straightening services require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. This is non-refundable in the event of a no show or cancellation of your appointment within 72hrs of its scheduled time. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty outside the 72hrs prior to your appointment. The deposit will be taken off the service price on the day. This is a 3-4 hr service, and last-minute cancellations make it impossible for your stylist to refill their day.
Notice of Cancellation
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24hrs notice if you are unable to make it.
COVID is treated just like any other cancellation. If you need to reschedule due to COVID related concerns our cancellation policy still applies.
Cancellation Process
Please Note: that cancellations made by phone outside of salon hours or via email or any other form of communication will not be considered valid, will be marked as No Show and charged the 100% fee.
Cancellation Fee
To secure your appointment a credit card is required during the online booking process.
Please Note: If for any reason the fee cannot be processed to your card the payment will need to be made before your next appointment.

We understand that last minute medical or personal emergencies may happen and we will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions. Please contact us as soon as possible.
